Unconditional Love Meditation by Orin and DaBen

I relax and take a deep breath in, letting relaxation and light spread throughout my body.

I open to receive light. I breathe in the light of my soul. I expand in the light of the Spiritual Sun. I grow strong in the light the Enlightened Ones  are always holding around me.

I breathe this light into my heart center,  located in an area around my heart. My heart center is like a flower that opens in the light of love.

I imagine my soul standing in front of me like a radiant angel surrounding me with its light and love.

As I receive my soul's love for me, the flower in my heart center  opens even more. Love radiates from me-- gentle, soft, soul love.

I think of someone in my life  who could use my love.

As I picture this person, unconditional love flows out  from my heart center, surrounding this person with light and love. I radiate unconditional love to this person, a love that needs  nothing in return.

I release the need to save this person, or to take away his or her lessons. I radiate unconditional love, knowing that this person has all he or she needs within to be happy and to have a good life.

As I radiate my unconditional love  to this person I accept him or her without reservation. I affirm that this person is as strong as I am and that this person's soul  is watching over him or her.

Any barriers between us  dissolve in the light of love. The flower in my heart center is opening. I am filled with love.

I radiate love to my loved ones.

I radiate love to all of humanity.

I radiate love to the animal kingdom.

I radiate love to the plant kingdom.

Today I find every opportunity to radiate unconditional love to others, a love that needs nothing in return.

I give generously of my love.
